PocketSniper Privacy Policy

PocketSniper is a Chrome extension. This policy explains what the extension collects, what it does not collect, and how to have your information removed.
In short: PocketSniper stores a license key and the Pocket Option account ID it is locked to. It does not collect your trading history, account balance, profit or loss, login details, or browsing activity. Your session history stays on your own computer and is never sent to us.
What we collect
When you start a session, the extension sends the following to our licensing server:
Your license key, so we can confirm it is valid and active.
Your Pocket Option account ID, a numeric identifier the extension reads from the Pocket Option page. Each license locks to the first account ID that uses it, which is how we prevent one key being shared across many accounts.
Your session settings: the number of trades, the number of wins required, and the payout percentage. These are needed to calculate your stake sizes.
The extension's own ID, to confirm the request came from a genuine build.
When you buy a license, we also store the email address and name supplied at purchase, so we can support you and honor refunds.
What we do not collect
Your account balance, profit or loss, or trade history.
Your Pocket Option username, password, or any login credentials.
Your browsing activity on Pocket Option or anywhere else.
Your name, address, or payment card details. Payments are handled entirely by our payment provider, and we never see card information.
Any information from websites other than Pocket Option. The extension only runs on pocketoption.com and po.trade.
Your session history stays on your computer
PocketSniper records your sessions and trade results so you can review them in the Session Log. This is a deliberate design decision: that history is stored locally in your browser using Chrome's storage, and is never transmitted to us or to anyone else. It survives extension updates and is permanently destroyed when you uninstall the extension.
We chose this so that we never hold your trading data. We cannot see your results, and we cannot produce them if asked to.
Where your information is stored
License records are stored on Supabase, a hosted database provider, in a data center in the eastern United States. Access is restricted to the PocketSniper team.
How long we keep it
License records are kept for as long as your license is active, and for up to 24 months after it ends so we can handle refunds, disputes, and re-activation requests. After that, they are deleted.
We do not sell or share your information
We do not sell your information; we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not use it for advertising or profiling. We use no analytics or tracking services inside the extension. We will disclose information only if legally required to do so.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email info@wwa.pro and we will respond within 30 days. Deleting your license record deactivates your license.
To delete your locally stored session history at any time, uninstall the extension from chrome://extensions. That removes it permanently.
Children
PocketSniper is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be announced to license holders by email.
